1. It adopts 2+4 track cam designs, with knit cam, tuck cam and miss cam. This machine can be equipped with 2 tracks of cams on dial and cylinder, or 2 tracks of cams on dial and 4 tracks on cylinder optionally.
2. All cams are made of special alloy steel and processed by CNC under CAD/CAM and heat treat. The process guarantees the great hardness and wear-proof.
3. With special designed yarn guide and Lycar roller, the spandex yarn can be added more flexible. And the operator can easily observe and operate without touching the yarn by head.
4. Use GROZ-BECKERT needles, which ensure the fabric quality and long life of machine.
5. Through different cam arrangement, the interlock/rib knitting machine can make variety of interlock, fine rib, pique, vertical stripe, mini jacquard and others. By feeding the spandex yarn, it can make high grade fashion fabric. The fabrics are widely used in T-shirt, spots wear, aerobic suit and swimming suit.
6. Through humanistic design, the cylinder and plate can be changed easier and quickly.
