Description

1. It adopts 2+4 track cam designs, with knit cam, tuck cam and miss cam. The rib knitting machine is designed especially for knitting rib fabric This machine can be equipped with 2 tracks of cams on dial and cylinder, or 2 tracks of cams on dial and 4 tracks on cylinder optionally.

2. All cams are made of special alloy steel and processed by CNC under CAD/CAM and heat treat. The process guarantees the great hardness and wear-proof.

3. With special designed yarn guide and Lycar roller, the spandex yarn can be added more flexible. And the operator can easily observe and operate without touching the yarn by head.

4. Use GROZ-BECKERT needles, which ensure the fabric quality and long life of machine.

5. This rib knitting has similar structure and work on the same principle with interlock double knitting machine. This rib machine can make 1+1 rib, 2+2 rib, drop needle rib, and mini jacquard. By different cam arrangement, this rib machine can make complicated construction fabrics. Through humanistic design, the cylinder and plate can be changed easier and quickly.
